Leigh Anna Trelenberg is the Director of US Media at Mattel, where she leads media strategy across Mattel’s portfolio of iconic brands, including Barbie, Hot Wheels, UNO, and Fisher-Price. She specializes in building holistic, insight-driven marketing strategies and compelling brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

In addition to her role at Mattel, Leigh Anna serves as a Board Member of the Mattel Parents Group and is an active USC Mentor and Case Competition Judge. Her leadership and impact have been recognized with the Working Mother of the Year Award (She Runs It, 2024) and AdAge’s 40 Under 40 (2025).

Prior to joining Mattel, Leigh Anna managed media for Apple at OMD/Media Arts Lab, contributing to award-winning campaigns for iPhone and iPad.

Based in Los Angeles, she lives with her husband, Cory, their two children, Cameron and Hayden, and their husky mix, Kyla. In her rare spare time, she enjoys historical fiction, Barre and yoga, and is also a certified yoga instructor.
