Matt is the Vice President of Retail Data Partnerships at The Trade Desk. He is responsible for scaling retail data capabilities and adoption across advertisers, retailers, and publishers. Prior to joining The Trade Desk, he spent 19 years at Kenvue/Johnson & Johnson, and most recently was the Head of Integrated Media. His team was responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of all brand and retailer media as well as the advancement of media capabilities. Previously, he has built and led teams of embedded digital media, content, and ecommerce experts, and was the marketing lead for J&J’s Baby portfolio leading the business’s digital transformation and turnaround. He has also worked in roles across brand management as well as finance in the beginning of his career. Matt publishes a biweekly newsletter, “Matt’s Hot Take,” where he offers thought leadership around digital marketing, ecommerce, and technology. Matt holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame as well as an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
