Keena Grigsby is Chief Marketing Officer & Vice President, U.S. Mobile Experience (MX) at Samsung Electronics America. Keena leads marketing and communications for Samsung’s mobile portfolio — including Galaxy smartphones, wearables, tablets, PCs and the connected ecosystem.
Keena is a seasoned global marketing leader with nearly 20 years of experience leading talented marketing teams at Microsoft, Apple, and Verizon. Most recently, Keena served as General Manager and Global Head of Windows Marketing at Microsoft, where she led the go-to-market strategy, campaigns, integrated marketing, communications, and operations for the consumer and commercial segments of the Windows business. Keena built and launched global positioning for Copilot+ PCs, redefined the AI-powered Windows brand narrative, and led the multi-channel campaigns that expanded global awareness and relevance. Prior to that, Keena led Global Product Marketing for Surface, where she launched flagship devices including Surface Pro, Surface Laptop and Surface Accessories and drove creative collaborations.
Before Microsoft, Keena was Head of Americas at Apple, supporting Beats by Dre, where she oversaw brand, sales and marketing for North and South America and later led Worldwide Product Go-to-Market and Launch Readiness at Beats by Dre.
Keena began her career in tech and spent a decade at Verizon where she held roles across marketing, product, finance and sales. Beyond her resume, Keena is an intentional, people-first leader who is passionate about brand building, scaling high-performing teams, and shaping marketing that drives measurable results.
Keena holds an MBA with a marketing concentration from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University.
