Doug is a dynamic, growth-driven entrepreneur with a passion for building revolutionary brands within the natural products industry! After kicking off his career in big-name CPG companies, he’s spent the last 22 years championing the natural foods movement. Currently, Doug serves as the President of Sweet Loren’s, the leading better-for-you refrigerated dough brand in the U.S. Before this, he was the CEO of Good Karma Foods, a pioneering brand in the plant-based dairy space, and the General Manager of Rudi’s Organic Bakery after its successful acquisition by The Hain Celestial Group. With over 28 years of experience in a wide range of consumer product categories, including healthcare, snack foods, frozen foods, dairy, and organic, Doug has held leadership roles at some of the industry’s most iconic brands, such as Sweet Loren’s, Rudi’s Organic Bakery, Silk, and Horizon Organic. Deeply passionate about the natural products world, Doug has served on the board of the Plant Based Foods Association, Naturally Boulder, and several small company boards, while regularly mentoring may emerging natural food entrepreneurs. Doug holds a degree from Colorado State University and an MBA in Marketing from Wake Forest University.
