Alejandra Salazar is a creative and cultural leader, speaker, and Founder & CEO of CROING, a women-led creative agency and cultural hub, one of the 0.1% of agencies founded by women. With over 10 years in the industry, CROING crafts culturally relevant campaigns for brands including Diageo, Sony Electronics, L’Oréal Group, L’Occitane, e.l.f. Beauty, Sol de Janeiro, T-Mobile, Telecom, the City of Miami, Momcozy, and Adidas, bringing them closer to people. Based in New York, CROING operates across Miami, LA, Mexico, Chile, and Buenos Aires.

Alejandra is also the host of Women Who Brand, an initiative empowering women in the creative industry. She has spoken at Cannes Lions, Brandweek, ANA, We are all Human, Inter Miami, and over 50 corporations, and serves as a mentor at Parsons and advisor at Women.NYC.

Currently, Alejandra is writing and producing 'Closer', a novel and series about a Venezuelan woman in New York who is reshaping the creative industry one campaign at a time.
