Nicole Luber is the Vice President of Integrated Strategy for TNT Sports, where she leads Brand Strategy & Solutions across Bleacher Report and House of Highlights. In this role, Nicole oversees a team of 15+ in developing and executing innovative, multi-platform marketing solutions for advertising partners across the TNT Sports and Warner Bros. Discovery ecosystem. She is responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy, guiding campaign development rooted in B/R’s distinct tone of voice, and ensuring strategic alignment across sales, marketing, and creative functions.

A seasoned sales marketing executive, Nicole brings deep expertise in brand strategy, sponsorship ideation, cross-portfolio development, and insights-driven storytelling. She is known for her ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture where creativity and innovation thrive—leading with kindness, humility, and a bias for action.

Prior to joining Bleacher Report, Nicole was Director of Integrated Strategy at Major League Soccer. There, she shaped the overarching media strategy for Soccer United Marketing (SUM) partners, serving as a key liaison between national broadcast partners and MLS Digital Properties. She also supported new and renewal business through high-level agency and partner relationships, while mentoring and developing emerging talent across teams.

Based in Brooklyn, NY, Nicole is also a proud mom, balancing leadership at one of sports media’s most culturally influential brands with her role at home. Her career is defined by a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences that resonate with fans and drive results for partners.
