Jarrod Moses
Chief Executive Officer
With over twenty-five years’ experience in creating strategic partnerships in the entertainment and sports industry, many industry colleagues as well as educators, cite Jarrod's work as the cornerstone of the branded-entertainment industry-- bridging the gap between Madison Avenue and Hollywood. After quickly rising through the ranks of Grey Advertising as its youngest President, upon its sale to WPP, Jarrod founded United Entertainment Group (UEG), a global entertainment, sports, and lifestyle agency, as a joint venture with Hollywood powerhouse United Talent Agency.
As Founder & CEO, Jarrod built UEG into a global leader in entertainment, sports and cultural marketing and after 8 years created an equity partnership with global communications giant DJE Holdings, the parent company of the largest communications firm in the world, Edelman.
Now celebrating its 19th year, UEG is a world leading agency that has developed culture-powered award-winning marketing campaigns for global brands such as Unilever, Pernod Ricard, Samsung, ASICS, PepsiCo, General Mills, AT&T, Starbucks, and The North Face. In addition, his relationships and access to the world’s most influential voices, properties and platforms such as Disney, Netflix, NFL, Time Warner, MARVEL, Universal Pictures, Facebook, and Google, and artists such as Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Jay Z, Mark Wahlberg, Queen Latifah, Kevin Hart, Lady Gaga, Pharrell Williams, and Drew Barrymore, have provided UEG clients unprecedented value and a unique approach into the entertainment and lifestyle industry.
Always seeking the most unique ways to elevate platforms by partnering with cultural leaders and creators, one of Moses' proudest moments has been signing Queen Latifah as one of CoverGirl's most successful spokespeople as well leading the creation of CoverGirl Queen Collection's cosmetic company.
In addition, Moses led the development of Roc Nation United, a global partnership between UEG and Jay Z's Roc Nation, to create culturally relevant brand partnerships and licensing opportunities between global brands and Roc Nation's prestigious roster of athletes and artists.
In 2022, Jarrod was appointed to oversee Edelman’s new offering, Entertainment, Culture & Sports, integrating cultural resonance with client imperatives. His work has earned him numerous industry accolades, including Emmys, Platinum Records, Cannes Lions and in 2025 Ad Age’s Sports/Entertainment Agency of the Year. In 2025, Jarrod further expanded his entrepreneurial footprint by co-founding a comedy-focused agency alongside comedic genius JB Smoove and launching a rapidly growing ventures sector within UEG. Jarrod is also an adjunct professor at Columbia University Business School and a co-founder of the New York Comedy Festival.
Jarrod is also an adjunct professor of marketing at Columbia University Business School, has served on the Board of Riverside Church's youth basketball program, and an original co-founder of the New York Comedy Festival.
