Kelly Shu serves as Director of Customer Activation for Drug & Specialty Channel at Kenvue, where she leads data-driven strategies to accelerate growth and improve performance across channels. With a strong focus on optimizing shopper journeys and maximizing omnichannel impact, Kelly partners closely with cross-functional and retail partners to translate insights into scalable, high-impact health and beauty marketing and omni initiatives. 

Kelly holds a BS in Mathematics Economics from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
