Melissa Levy is the President of Sparks, a live events agency that creates powerful experiences for the world’s most iconic brands. In this role Melissa leads the agency’s creative, strategy, client services, operations, and product functions.
Melissa is a dynamic leader in the advertising and marketing industry, most recently serving as President and Chief Client Officer at Digitas. In this role, she was instrumental in driving growth across key markets and clients, partnering with organizations ranging from Fortune 10 companies to cutting-edge consumer brands.
Melissa’s career began in finance, followed by formative roles in marketing and consulting before she found her passion in the agency world. She is especially committed to developing future leaders, having established employee resource groups, mentorship programs, and learning and development initiatives within her organizations.
Throughout her career, Melissa has earned numerous professional accolades, including Cannes Lions, Effies, D&AD, Clios, The One Show, AICP, Webbys, ANDYs, FCS Portfolio Awards, and Shortys for her outstanding client work. Under her leadership, Digitas Boston was recognized as one of NABR’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For and named a NAFE Top Workplace for Women. Melissa also serves on the board of the AdClub, is a founding member of Boston’s chapter of Chief, and remains an active contributor to several professional organizations in her community.
