Nicole Lesinski is a key eCommerce strategy leader at Nestlé USA, where she plays a central role in defining and advancing the company’s digital commerce capabilities. Nicole is responsible for developing short and long-term eCommerce plans for Nestle’s Frozen Division while managing the Frozen eCommerce/Retail Media investments and execution. 

 Her expertise includes shaping digital shelf strategy, driving standards for media performance, guiding retail media execution, and enabling crossfunctional data collaboration.Nicole is known for closing knowledge gaps, simplifying complex process changes, and ensuring teams are equipped to deliver against upgraded eCommerce expectations.

Nicole has been with Nestle for 15 years and has held a variety of sales roles with Nestle Purina and Nestle USA. Prior to this role, Nicole led Shopper Marketing and Functional Development for Nestle USA. Nicole lives in Cleveland, OH with her family and works at Nestle’s Frozen Food headquarters in Solon, OH.
