Robin Lickliter is the Chief Experience Officer at Sparks, a global experiential agency specializing in brand experiences across multiple activation channels for the Fortune 500. Robin oversees Sparks’ Experience Division— inclusive of Strategy, Sponsorship, Experience Operations and Event Production— focusing on driving meaningful connections that captivate, inspire, and deliver measurable marketing results. Under her purview, the division has seen annual revenue growth and national agency recognition, including Sparks being named ADWEEK's Experiential Agency of the Year, a Campaign US Agency of the Year finalist, and one of Chief Marketer’s Agencies of the Year for 2025.

Robin is a strategic, creative leader known for assembling high-performing teams that build brand equity through inclusive shared experiences; developing relationships and leading people are her specialty. Throughout her career she has delivered award winning work for many clients; Google (Zeitgeist, CES, I/O), Netflix, Salesforce, AWS, T-Mobile, Booking.com and Anheuser-Busch.

Her leadership has helped Sparks maintain a spot on Event Marketer’s Top 100 IT List for more than a decade and she is widely recognized as a trailblazer and industry leader. Robin has been named one of BizBash’s 500 Most Influential Event Professionals, Chief Marketer’s Mentor of the Year, and received a 2024 Bronze Stevie® Award for “Woman of the Year in Advertising, Marketing & PR”.

Robin is a co-founder of Women in Experiential and Sparks’ CMO Dinner Series, She serves on the National Development Committee for Unite for HER, the advisory board for FPH Wellness and is a member of Summit, Wonder Women, and Chief.

Based in Philadelphia, Robin loves found objects, situational fashion, sneaker culture, culinary creations, gardening, and off-the-grid adventures with her husband and their rescue bulldog, Margie.
