Aïda Moudachirou-Rebois is responsible for guiding the brand’s overall strategic vision, including innovation, product development and marketing, and all facets of consumer and digital engagement. She was appointed to her current position in January 2024. Aïda previously served as Global Chief Marketing Officer, M∙A∙C Cosmetics, overseeing the brand’s global marketing and product development initiatives. She has been instrumental to transforming M∙A∙C’s marketing organization into the winning powerhouse that it is today -- building new talents and capabilities to unlock and enable innovation and excellence, from product to execution. Under her leadership, the brand elevated its strategic positioning through sophisticated media strategies for high-profile launches and increased engagement across key advocacy and influencer channels – achieving the #1 Earned Media Value (EMV) ranking in Beauty globally for 2023.
Before joining M∙A∙C in February 2021, Aïda served as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, Revlon Inc. overseeing marketing for the Revlon and Almay brands. Prior to her time at Revlon Inc., Aïda held the role of Vice President, Skin Health Brands at Johnson & Johnson, where she had oversight for the Neutrogena, Aveeno, Clean and Clear and Lubriderm brands. She began her career at L'Oréal where she spent 15 years in Paris, London and New York recruiting new consumers and gaining market share in the U.S., Europe and Africa for a range of brands including L'Oréal Paris and The Body Shop.
