Managing Vice President, Brands, Marketing & Digital – US & Canada
Marriott
Mandy is the Managing Vice President for Marriott and leads our Integrated Marketing Strategy, Field Marketing, Marketing Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Content, Creative, Social, Paid Media, and Digital Marketing Teams in the U.S. & Canada. She is responsible for all performance, awareness, and marketing partnership strategies for over 34 brands under the Marriott Bonvoy Portfolio in the U.S. and Canada. She achieves this by spearheading the cross-discipline Demand Generation Strategy team and leading 360 integrated marketing campaigns across linear, digital, OOH, and partnership marketing.

In addition to her extensive marketing expertise, Mandy is passionately dedicated to promoting women's sports through strategic initiatives at Marriott. Marketer by day, and mom to a female college athlete by night, she amplifies the data that “Everbody watches women’s sports”. She and her team have been instrumental in developing and executing campaigns that highlight and support women's sports, fostering greater visibility and engagement within the Marriott Bonvoy community.

Mandy’s journey with Marriott began during college when she worked at the front desk in Charleston, SC. Over time, she rose to the position of Assistant General Manager at the property. As a military spouse, Mandy’s career path took her through various roles with Marriott in sales, e-commerce, and marketing across California, Wyoming, Colorado, and Texas. However, it was her return to her home state of Florida that brought her experience to Marriott’s Caribbean & Latin America (CALA) region. During her 12-year tenure with the CALA team, Mandy played a pivotal role in leading the region’s marketing efforts. Notably, she established the first-ever cross-continent Field Marketing organization, which supported 35 countries and continues to thrive today.

Mandy resides in Satellite Beach, FL, with her husband outside of work. As empty nesters, they cherish moments when their two adult children return home, but have taken advantage of traveling outside of school holidays.
