Adam has 30 years of global experience across various areas of marketing and the live event industry, leading diverse projects such as fashion shows, live broadcasts for TV, theater, music events, ceremonies for international sporting events, complex consumer marketing campaigns, and corporate brand experiences. He has earned a reputation as a world-class event and experience producer. Adam previously served as Freeman’s Executive Vice President of Agency & Professional Services, where he led the agency business prior to Freeman's acquisition of Sparks. He also oversaw Freeman’s business in the Asia-Pacific region before relocating to the U.S. in mid-2018 to manage brand experience across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Following Freeman’s acquisition of Sparks in August 2023, Adam was appointed Sparks' first Chief Growth Officer, responsible for expanding the corporate events, corporate exhibits, and brand experience business. He leads and inspires a team of seasoned professionals, addressing the evolving needs of Sparks’ clientele with innovative ideas and strategic foresight. His diverse background building an agency business, managing event operations, and collaborating with top corporate brands around the globe, uniquely qualifies him to help grow Sparks' business.
