As the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Stagwell’s Brand Performance Network, Shannon uses her extensive experience in delivering innovative marketing solutions across various industries like media, content, technology, sports, and entertainment. As CMO, she supports Stagwell’s portfolio of agencies to develop and implement leading and break-through products and solutions through communications, strategic partnerships, platforms and technology aimed at driving revenue for both the agencies and their clients. She also proudly created Assembly Global’s Inclusive Investment program, Partners for Progress. 

Before joining Stagwell, Shannon was the CMO of The Honest Company and held key positions at Dentsu, as Founder and CEO of The Story Lab in content marketing, influencer marketing and branded entertainment. She collaborated with Fortune 100 brands like GM, Xbox, P&G, and Mastercard to develop and execute omni-channel ROI-focused campaigns. 

Additionally, Shannon’s led commercial growth and Integrated marketing at entertainment giants like 19 Entertainment, Mark Burnett Productions, Warner Bros and Octagon. Leading teams to develop platforms and programs for sports and entertainment IP, including FIFA World Cup, Major League Baseball, NFL, Formula 1, American Idol, etc.   

Shannon is a founding partner of Alpha and holds board positions at Zipline.AI, Motley Bloom, Brand Story Architects, Brand Storytelling, Modwell and Versus Systems.
