Kristen Lauria is Wheels Up’s Chief Customer and Marketing Officer focusing on Wheels Up's member value proposition and customer acquisition. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company's brand, creative and customer acquisition and retention, as well as member and customer experience. Previously, Ms. Lauria was the EVP and Global CMO of Cigna Corporation and spent over 17 years at IBM, where she led teams through significant technology shifts like the rise of mobile, the move to the cloud, and the establishment of Artificial Intelligence as a critical business tool. Ms. Lauria holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
