In her executive leadership role as EG’s top marketer, Hauserman is building, leading and inspiring a fast-growing global team of 30+ marketers across Brand, Growth, Creative, Content, Social, Digital, PR / Earned Media, Events & Marketing Operations. Leveraging her deep experience building and leading high-performance marketing and creative teams for global entertainment, tech and sports brands and venture-backed startups, her superpower is delivering breakthrough campaigns that drive growth, profitability, and emotional connections between the consumer and brand. Prior to EG, Hauserman built a world class marketing team from scratch for Fullscreen, a high-growth Silicon Beach startup at the intersection of technology, content creators and youth culture, successfully guiding the company through its journey from VC-backed startup to acquisition by AT&T / WarnerMedia. Hauserman was elevated to VP post-acquisition, continuing to lead strategic marketing initiatives designed to firmly root WarnerMedia into entertainment and pop culture. Her career has been marked by bold pivots and calculated risks. She’s taken chances on high-growth startups like Fullscreen and Evil Geniuses, and helped prestigious legacy brands like WarnerMedia and the NBA reinvent themselves. She’s also built and launched marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships with global consumer brands like HBO Max, Bumble, Lyft, Nike, DC, Beats, Google, Red Bull and more. Her rich and diverse experience has given her a broad range of expertise across virtually every marketing discipline with brands at all stages of maturity.
