Bibie leads innovation, marketing and R&D for Del Monte Foods’ powerful portfolio of brands. She has over 25 years of CPG marketing leadership experience with many well-known and respected brands at General Mills and Campbell’s, and laundry and home care at Henkel. Prior to joining Del Monte Foods in 2018, Bibie served as VP of Marketing, Head of Laundry Conditioners and Home Care at Henkel. She was also responsible for Henkel’s omnichannel and visual branding departments. She is a graduate of Amherst College and received her MBA from Dartmouth.
At Del Monte Foods, Bibie works directly with the R&D team to streamline knowledge sharing around innovation. Specifically, Bibie’s team analyzed consumer trends brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and led the development of new products to meet these evolving needs. As the team saw an increase in home cooking and recipe testing, Del Monte Foods launched 50+ new products in the last few years, expanding from its largely canned goods footprint into frozen, refrigerated and beverage with products that appealed to consumers’ on-the-go and convenience-forward lifestyles. In addition, Bibie is a champion of Del Monte Foods’ ESG efforts by supporting earth-friendly packaging, food waste reduction with upcycled-certified products, and most recently, Del Monte Foods’ partnership with Alliance for a Healthier Generation to reach 7.5 million students and their families through a signature “Nourishing Families by Nourishing Schools” program.
