Mad Rabbit
Mad Rabbit’s co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Selom Agbitor immigrated from Ghana as a young boy and aspired to be an entrepreneur. He and Oliver Zak started Mad Rabbit in their college dorm room at University of Miami Ohio in 2019, and quickly turned it into a market-disrupting skincare brand. Their insight? That the surging number of men and women getting tattoos needed clean, organic skincare designed specifically for them.

Selom and Zak brought Mad Rabbit to national recognition after appearing on the hit show “Shark Tank” in 2021 where they received an investment from Mark Cuban. Since then, the brand has seen an upward trajectory growing 138% year over year and quadrupling its valuation to $56 million in only two years. Selom and his co-founder were listed on Forbes 30 Under 30, recognizing Mad Rabbit’s ingenuity in the rapidly growing tattoo care market. The brand now boasts of nine products with plans to expand innovations that meet customer needs throughout the tattoo lifecycle. Mad Rabbit also made its foray into the professional tattoo category and continues to develop this product line for tattoo artists. Most recently, the brand announced a $10M Series A investment with participation again from Mark Cuban.

In his role, Selom’s mandate is to expand the business, overseeing all revenue generating activities and strategies. He is also responsible for driving digital growth, specifically with a focus on customer acquisition and retention in addition to managing Mad Rabbit’s Amazon retail channel.
