Alejandra is the Founder and CEO of CROING, which is part of the 0.1% of creative agencies founded by a woman. She is also the founder of CROINGERS, a creative holding company. Originally from Venezuela, Alejandra focuses her work on people and how to bring brands closer to them. Living in 7 countries, including Germany, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Spain, and the US, gave her a deep understanding of local cultures and how they adopt social media and innovation.
Her holding company CROINGERS includes: CROING Creative & Social Media Agency, which works with brands such as the City of Miami Innovation and Technology Office: Venture Miami, L'Occitane, Sony, Adidas, Reebok, Victoria's Secret, and Novartis, on their efforts to be relevant to their audiences. Growwwing that partners with startups and leaders to help them build their brands and marketing strategies. CROING.0 that works with brands on strategies powered by AI, emerging platforms, and web3. And additionally, Cstudio a multidisciplinary studio that brings creative ideas to life for renowned agencies. All of them based in New York, Miami, LA, Santiago de Chile, and Buenos Aires.
She advocates for creating spaces for females in the creative and tech industries to succeed. Therefore, all of her companies are primarily led by women (90%) and operate under the teal culture. In this culture, people are at the center of all decisions, which are made collectively by teams, and 40% of the revenue is shared among all team members. She also serves as an advisor for Women in NYC and leads a Ladies Wine & Design chapter.
