Rita is an accomplished brand marketer with a distinguished career in the fashion and apparel industry. She has earned global recognition for her ability to spot emerging trends and her ability to develop unique, high profile moments for brands.

Rita has risen through the ranks in marketing and advertising at renowned brands such as Dole & Gabbana, Max Mara, Calvin Klein, Lands End, MCM and Diesel. She has developed and managed global and domestic strategies that under her leadership and guidance have helped to transform brands into industry leaders and dynamic content creators.

Currently, Rita is consulting for Italian heritage brand Sergio Tacchini, where she is leading brand marketing and spearheading a comprehensive overhaul of the influencer marketing strategy, aiming to enhance the brand’s digital presence and engagement with a fresh and innovative approach.

Rita and her husband, Roman, reside in Miami Beach. They have two children, Mia and Olivia.
