Emmanuel has been with Bazaarvoice for 8 years and is based in Paris. During his career he has worked with an array of mid-sized brands, pure play retailers and global brands to help them develop world class User-Generated-Content (UGC) strategies. He currently leads the Bazaarvoice Client Success Team in EMEA and challenges his team every day to provide better products and services and develop client experiences that are centred around the voice of consumers.
