With over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions, Marie-Eve Schröder is one of the most experienced executives in the consumer goods and media industry. The topics digital transformation, sustainability and diversity are particularly close to her heart. In 2019 Marie-Eve Schröder joined Meta as Group Director DACH, and is heading up the regions Auto & Mobility, Travel, CPG as well as Financial Service verticals in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In 2021 she was named EMEA GMS Sustainability Lead leading on our efforts against climate change within and outside of Meta. Additionally, Marie-Eve Schröder is a member of the Advisory Board of Carl Kühne KG (GmbH & Co.) and since 2017 she serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Plastic Bank Foundation. Its mission is to rid our oceans of environmental pollution by collecting plastic from the oceans and then recycling it to support local communities. From 2007 - 2019 Marie-Eve Schröder was global CMO/CDO at Henkel and responsible for the Beauty Care business. During this time, she founded the Schwarzkopf Million Chances initiative and led the digital transformation. From 1997 - 2007 Marie-Eve Schröder held global and regional management positions at Procter & Gamble and Wella in the Professional Division.
Marie-Eve Shroeder
