In 2020, Bukola joined adam&eveDDB as their first Head of D,E&I, helping to embed diversity and inclusion into their values, culture and processes, and strategically consulting on work to facilitate creative that considers, represents and celebrates the lived experiences of all types of people authentically. Bukola is also on the advisory board of two black-owned SMEs: Blanguage – a curation brand that showcases worldwide talent through creating authentic experiences, and TING – an organization set up to ensure every business has a plan in place to welcome marginalized people into their company culture.
