Megan Graham is the Founder and CEO of Ries, a sustainable packaging brand redefining the relationship between beauty and travel.
For the past 15 years, she has been a leader in fashion, beauty and culture marketing for brands like Vogue, GQ, Allure, Bon Appetit and The New Yorker. Megan understands the business of beauty and what it’s like to be a working woman constantly traveling for her career. She built Ries because of a lack of true solutions in the market for travel-sized beauty containers, most notably for women of color.
She is also on the Advisory Board of Indego Africa, a nonprofit social enterprise that supports women in Rwanda through economic empowerment and education, as well as a member of the 15% Pledge and Masters of Good.
