A self-described “pacesetter,” Lindsay has the unique ability to create a clear vision and strategy. This has included playing an integral role in the launch of Wendy’s consumer loyalty program and working collaboratively on the creation of Wendy’s popular “4 for $4” and Biggie Bag menu platforms. Since 2019 Lindsay has led Wendy’s national marketing calendar, the success of which has contributed to the company’s consistent year-over-year same-restaurant sales growth.
Her true passion lies in coaching and developing others to achieve their personal and professional goals. To this end, Lindsay co-founded the company’s first employee resource group (ERG), Women of Wendy’s in 2014.
Lindsay has also received industry recognition as a QSR leader. In 2019, she received the Women’s Foodservice Forum “Change Maker” award and was recognized by QSR Magazine as a “Young Restaurant Leader to Watch.” In 2023, Ad Age recognized Lindsay as a 40 Under 40 honoree, a prestigious accolade awarded to the rising leaders and innovative creatives who are leading change across their industry.
A native of central Ohio, Lindsay grew up with the Wendy’s brand top of mind. In high school, she and her friends would have “Wendy’s Wednesdays” each week. Today, Lindsay and her family can be seen frequently visiting their local Wendy’s.
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
