She is currently Senior Vice President of Marketing at Exclusive Resorts — a private membership club for the world’s most influential globetrotters, committed to creating exceptional vacations for its community of 4,500 members and their families that foster connection and change lives. Today, the Club boasts a $1B portfolio of 400+ luxury residences and rare experiences spanning 75 destinations.

At Exclusive Resorts, Caitlin oversees the company’s marketing, brand & creative, technology, demand generation and communications. A veteran in the hospitality space, Caitlin has counseled and worked collaboratively alongside industry leaders like Philippe Bourguignon, former CEO of Euro Disney and Club Med, South African business magnate Sol Kerzner, Jamaican hotelier Butch Stewart and most recently Steve Case, former co-founder of AOL.com and chairman of Revolution LLC. Earlier in her career, she led marketing and communication efforts for a NYC-based hedge fund and Kerzner International’s One&Only Resorts and Atlantis Resort brands.
