Mark Weinstein, Chief Marketing Officer, Hilton, oversees a global team that inspires over 213 million guests and customers around the world each year to explore, experience and fall in love with Hilton’s portfolio of over 7,600 hotels and nearly 1.2 million rooms across 24 brands in 126 countries and territories. As Chief Marketing Officer, Mark leads the global team responsible for brand and performance marketing including content and creative, media and social media, customer insights, CRM and personalization, and digital channel retailing. This brand-led, customer-obsessed, insight-driven team collaborates on integrated programs, campaigns, and partnerships that drive engagement and accelerate commercial performance. Mark and his team created Hilton’s disruptive, enduring brand platform – “Hilton. For the Stay.” and the award-winning “It Matters Where You Stay” campaign.



For a decade, Mark has guided Hilton Honors, transforming it from a 25-million-member guest program in 2010 into an award-winning loyalty program with nearly 190 million members. His team collaborates with partners like American Express, AutoCamp and McLaren Racing and manages Hilton’s portfolio of co-branded credit cards.



Mark is regularly interviewed as a thought leader and subject matter expert for major publications (such as The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Adweek, Ad Age, Forbes, Billboard, and USA Today), has appeared on international TV programs, podcasts, and blogs, and has been included in books and trade publications. He is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist including at the Cannes Festival of Creativity, CES, Billboard Magazine, Pollstar, and Millennial 2020 events and at universities including Yale, New York University, and Cornell. 

Mark has been named to the Forbes Entrepreneurial CMO 50 list, recognized as a Billboard Branding Power Player, and has served as a juror for the Clio Awards. During his time at Hilton, his teams have been recognized with Adage, Webby, and Clio Awards, J. D. Power top rankings, and The Points Guy awards among others.

Mark joined Hilton from MarketBridge, a sales and marketing strategy consulting firm and prior to that consulted for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He graduated from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business with degrees in marketing and finance.
