Charity Pourhabib, honored as the 2023 ADCOLOR Change Agent, is a dynamic force in the creative industry, recognized for her ability to create impactful work, transform corporate culture and champion inclusivity. A proud Los Angeles native and Hampton University alumna, Charity has built an impressive career that not only highlights her strategic acumen but also her unwavering commitment to lifting others as she rises. Since 2019, she’s been with the globally renowned independent creative agency Wieden+Kennedy, where she now manages the global Nike account as a brand manager—a partnership that highlights her expertise and leadership.

In 2020, Charity channeled her passion for equity and empowerment into founding the ADMagic program. This groundbreaking initiative, now in its fifth cohort, has opened doors for students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to enter and thrive in the advertising, production, and creative industry. With a curriculum enriched by mentorship, real-world client briefs, and immersive industry experiences, ADMagic is shaping the next generation of creative leaders who are prepared to make an impact from day one. Beyond her professional endeavors, Charity enjoys life's simple pleasures from being with family, exploring a new destination, discovering the latest restaurant gems, or enjoying live music. Her zest for life is as vibrant as her career.
