Laura Shafferman is the co-founder of Legally Addictive Foods, known for its signature sweet and salty snacks. After starting the business in her tiny Manhattan kitchen in 2016 and delivering orders via bike, subway and Uber, Legally Addictive is now sold in 2k stores in the US.

Now based in Western North Carolina, Laura continues to develop her brand with a focus on taste, quality, fun and creativity. Her approach to creating products has been to put taste first and create a community with a cult-like devotion.
