Celeste DePaola is the Partnership Lead at Bobbie, the mom-founded and led pediatric nutrition company and third-largest fully integrated formula manufacturer in the country. With years of experience in influencer marketing, Celeste has been at the forefront of crafting and leading impactful campaigns that integrate advocacy with brand messaging.

Her role at Bobbie involves not only leveraging her deep brand management expertise but also driving forward a unique approach to influencer partnerships. Celeste’s strategic vision is rooted in a deep understanding of the motherhood journey, allowing her to build meaningful connections with influential parents and leading baby brands. Through these partnerships, she works to evolve the conversation around feeding and nurture a supportive, confidence-boosting community for parents.

Celeste’s work at Bobbie has also contributed to their award-winning success! Bobbie has been recognized and named by FastCompany’s Brands That Matter 2023 and 2022 and Fortune’s Change The World List 2023, as well as receiving a Bronze Anthem Award for their awareness-driving campaign around the maternal mortality crisis.
