Caroline Dettman is the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Creative Officer at The Female Quotient, where she leverages her creative craft for branding, marketing, and communications that inspire actions to advance women in the workplace. The FQ a media, events and business advisory on a mission to close the gender gap. The FQ has grown the largest global community of women in the workplace, reaching over 5 Million conscious leaders across 100 industries, and partners including Procter & Gamble, NBC Universal, LinkedIn and Deloitte. The FQ is unequaled in the business of equality®.

Prior to joining The FQ, Dettman co-founded HHB Consulting, where she worked with companies including LinkedIn, Hyatt and McDonalds to tackle equity for all differently and authentically. Fast Company featured Dettman and HHB on its Most Innovative Global Companies List in 2022. Dettman also spent 20+ years as a creative leader in marketing and communications, serving as global Chief Creative Officer at Golin, a global IPG agency where she delivered award-winning creative campaigns - from Cannes Lions to PR Week to Clios for McDonald’s, Clif Bar and Unilever among others. Prior to that she served as a creative and business leader at Edelman.

Dettman was inducted into PR Week’s Hall of Femme in 2019 and in June of 2020 she gave a TEDx talk entitled "During Times of Crisis, Does America Have Her Back?" She has also been honored by the 3% Conference with the Three Cheers Award for advancing diversity and recognized as an inaugural Female Frontier Award recipient as a Champion of Change by Campaign US.

Dettman serves on Uniting Voices Chicago's Executive Board, a globally renowned non-profit which seeks to create a harmonious world, changing the lives of diverse youth through the power of music.
