Ilona Aman is Chief Marketing Officer for Athleta, a certified B Corporation and premium performance brand with a mission to empower women and girls to build confidence, strength and wellbeing through movement.

Aman is a dynamic, creative and high-impact global brand leader with more than two decades of strategic, innovative and measurable experience in lifestyle, entertainment, sports and consumer marketing.

Prior to joining Athleta, Aman served as Chief Marketing Officer for Fabletics, where she drove membership-driven business results and the launch of significant collaborations with partners like Khloé Kardashian and Kevin Hart. Prior to that, she served as Chief of Brand for VRM/The Aria Network and Head of Global Marketing at Adidas, where she led strategic brand marketing initiatives with top collaborators like Beyoncé and Pharrell.

Aman also spent more than a decade at Nike leading multiple brand and retail campaigns for the NFL, MLB and NCAA, as well as numerous initiatives for athletes like Kobe Bryant and LeBron James and the first-ever World Basketball Festival across Nike Basketball, Jordan Brand and Converse.

Aman is an avid sports fan and former Bar Method teacher. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and three-year-old daughter.
