He is also Managing Director of AU Holdings, which incubates and invests in multicultural creators and communities and has served as a Board Director and Advisor to several leading digital media companies including Oura, Musely, and Bytedance.

Previously, Bing was YouTube’s Global Head of Creator Development and Management and one of the architects of the modern creator economy.
