Amanda Teder is a Fortune 750 Chief Marketing Officer and enterprise growth executive with deep expertise transforming complex businesses into integrated, digitally enabled growth engines. She is a strategically minded, courageous leader known for delivering results across functions, attracting top talent, and building engaged organizations.

Amanda has earned a reputation for combining strategic rigor with practical execution, modernizing commercial capabilities and building high-performing teams. She creates scalable operating models through digital transformation, AI enablement, pricing and revenue growth management, customer experience, brand management, customer acquisition and omnichannel commercialization that drive measurable enterprise value creation. She partners closely with CEOs, CXOs, and Board of Directors on growth strategy and transformation.

Currently, Amanda is serving as CMO of Generac (GNRC), a $4B+ public, total energy solutions company, where she oversees enterprise marketing, analytics, pricing, digital experience, creative, and communications functions driving consumer, commercial and industrial growth. She repositioned marketing from a functional discipline into an integrated commercial operating system delivering more than $200M incremental revenue through demand generation, margin expansion, operational capability, and improved customer experience.

Prior to Generac, Amanda served as Vice President Marketing / CMO for North America at Michelin (XPAR: ML), leading a $4B consumer tire portfolio spanning Michelin, BFGoodrich, and Uniroyal brands. She built retailer e- commerce and marketing analytics functions, informed go-to-market strategy by developing brand architecture, and oversaw $300M in profit growth.

Amanda has spent nearly two decades at Procter & Gamble (PG) in progressive leadership positions across brand management, shopper marketing, ecommerce, and innovation. She led the $1B Oral-B P&L and portfolio including manual and electric toothbrushes and dental floss adding over $200M in revenue on electric toothbrushes. She doubled the business through consumer led product innovation, incremental retail distribution, optimized media mix, and strengthened creative. She led retail marketing across all P&G’s brands and retailers, accelerating ecommerce growth, developing media capability, and designing new talent acquisition models.

Amanda received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University, where she was the Student Trustee, a full member of the University’s Board, appointed by the governor, with an equal vote on all actions taken by the board. She currently resides near Milwaukee, WI, with her fabulous husband and three delightful children. Together they enjoy hiking, gardening and youth sports. She is an avid Purdue University basketball fan.
