With a distinguished career of over 25 years, Rankin Carroll has built a reputation for creating, scaling, and transforming global brands and organizations. As the Chief Brand Officer of Mars Snacking, he is responsible for the end-to-end brand communication strategies for some of the world’s most iconic brands, including M&M’S, Pringles, Snickers, Cheeze-It, Pop-Tarts, Skittles, Extra/Orbit and Twix. His journey from product management to senior executive leadership has been marked by a consistent record of exceptional performance and reimagining brands to connect with consumers in a shifting digital landscape.

Throughout his career at Mars, Rankin has been the driving force behind multiple growth-driving campaigns that have won hundreds of top-tier creative awards, including over 40 Cannes Lions and multiple Effies. In recognition of his impact, he was named to Adweek's Brand Genius class of 2018 and has been a speaker and juror at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. As a Member of the Mars Marketing Leadership Council, he also plays a key role in the continuous transformation of the company's media and marketing operations.
