Tamon George
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Creative Theory Agency
A visionary marketer and creative who saw marketing as the future, not a niche, Tamon George launched Creative Theory Agency (CTA) alongidse co-founder Gary Williams Jr. in 2015. The duo built CTA with the mission to infuse creative equity into every stage of the marketing funnel, from strategy to execution.
Under Tamon's leadership, CTA has developed award-winning campaigns for global brands like Google and Meta that have changed the way that these organizations approach diversity, earning recognition from Ad Age, Webbys, Shortys, and C2As. This includes developing Google's Real Tone technology and campaign, which ensured that all of the tech giant's camera technology would no longer exclude people of color, and most recently CTA launched What Prompted You? an AI-generated campaign and call to action to showcase how first-person, organic human perspectives can enhance and uplevel creativity.
Tamon believes powerful narratives drive authentic connections. A "Washington Business Journal's 40 Under 40" honoree, Tamon's leadership elevates CTA to new heights. He remains a lifelong learner, having completed an MBA and digital strategy certificates from Dartmouth and Harvard. But his drive extends beyond work. Tamon embraces fatherhood, hones his equestrian skills, and dabbles in architecture and interior design.
