This past year, we have faced unprecedented instability, adversity and loss; and most of us have had moments when we have felt pushed to the limit or tested unlike ever before and the threat of burnout remains real. While burnout causes exhaustion, inspiration increases our energy. While burnout makes us feel cynical, inspiration activates hope and optimism. While burnout feels defeating, inspiration ignites confidence, and courage. In this session we will highlight original research on how inspiration works and how you can use it to inoculate against burnout.
