Melisa Goldie currently serves as Lane Bryant’s Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, based at the Lane Bryant Corporate Office in Columbus, OH. Melisa is well known as a creative visionary utilizing disruptive marketing tactics, and thrives at the intersection of culture, consumer and commerce when revitalizing the brands she serves.

With over 20 years of experience, Melisa began her career in the retail sphere at Calvin Klein, ultimately assuming the role as the brand’s Global Chief Marketing Officer. At Calvin Klein, she was instrumental in guiding the brand into the digital age with the critically acclaimed #mycalvins social media campaign, which established real-time connections with customers while creating a new generation of fans of the brand. In 2015, Melisa led the decision to feature Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner in a global multi-media advertising campaign for Calvin Klein Jeans and Calvin Klein Underwear, which lifted consumer engagement for the brand to historic levels.

In 2019, Melisa made a bold move to become the first ever Chief Marketing Officer of YETI, Inc. Under her leadership, YETI moved beyond a founder-led brand positioning to a strategic platform for long term growth, ultimately expanding the brands audience base nationally and internationally.

Melisa also serves on the boards of Diggs Pets and Another Tomorrow.

As a thought leader and change agent, Melisa ensures brands overcome obstacles and execute key business drivers by pivoting customer focus and relevancy. The silver lining throughout her career is transcultural sensibility, creative astuteness and a keen understanding of customer behavior.

Melisa graduated with honors from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Photography and Art Education. She resides in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two daughters.
