David Goubert was appointed President & Chief Customer Officer of NMG in June 2020 and is responsible for creating personalized, seamless, and magical experiences for the Neiman Marcus customer. David has created a cohesive partnership between NMG’s in-store and online teams to build long-term customer relationships based on convenience and innovation. Before joining NMG, David spent 20 years at LVMH, where, after 15 years with Louis Vuitton, he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Luxury Cruises Retail and Asia at Starboard Cruise Services. David is also a Board Member of Fashionphile, a resale platform where customers can buy and sell luxury designer used handbags, accessories, and jewelry, both online and in several brick-and-mortar locations.
