Taskrabbit
As the Director of Lifecycle and Partnership Marketing, Joy Ames leads Taskrabbit’s client and Tasker lifecycle communications, product marketing efforts, and marketing support within the North American IKEA ecosystem. During her time at Taskrabbit, Joy led a creative signage test within IKEA with the goal to bring more awareness and business to the Taskrabbit ecosystem while also driving sales for the IKEA store. As a marketing strategist with over 15 years of experience, Joy has developed and executed data-driven marketing strategies and processes for companies across a variety of industries: HumanN (health and fitness), Quotient Technology (CPG), and Sports Authority (retail) in addition to Merkle Inc focused on clients including Samsung and DIRECTV.
