As the vice president of advanced marketing solutions at General Mills, Jay is responsible for building & integrating capabilities that power General Mills’ marketing activity and executing their enterprise media strategy. Furthermore, Jay’s is tasked with driving the global organization to adopt enterprise capabilities through expertise and clear and transparent communication. In this enterprise-wide role, Jay’s vision is to create global growth with stringent strategic integration, market relevant capabilities and marketing innovation.
Jay holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Saint Olaf College and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Jay is a husband and father of three – Beck (18), Tommy (16), El (14) – and enjoys coaching his two sons in hockey and trying to keepup with his daughter’s drama and volleyball schedu
