Leslie Miller has spent most of her career at Unilever in brand and general management, sharing happiness through the joys of ice cream and making women and men feel good about their skin on Dove, Simple, Axe and Dove Men+ Care. Leslie is currently running the digital and communications charge for Unilever’s 2 food businesses, ice cream and nutrition. One of her top projects is supporting Hellmann’s in their fourth year of Super Bowl action – “make taste, not waste” is a key pillar to this incredible campaign. With responsibility for earned and paid media in all channels, Leslie is thrilled to be setting the pace for game changing marketing, accelerated performance management and e-commerce. Most recently, she tackled self-esteem and body care in her Dove and Dove Men + Care role, running the US businesses for skin cleansing. Before that, she co-lead the $3B market leading ice cream portfolio of brands like Talenti, Magnum, Klondike, Ben & Jerrys and Good Humor. Leslie also managed the integration of Talenti and grew the business 200% in 4 years. She has always been passionate about changing the world and started her career working at the American Cancer Society, raising over $1M for the fight against cancer. Leslie was also part of the inaugural scholar class for the Marketing Academy, a prestigious marketing program growing leaders and marketers for the future. She loves running half marathons, listening to country music and watching the Green Bay Packers. Bonus: as a self-proclaimed skin junkie, she can always be found giving skin advice and good product recommendation while holding an ice cream.
