Madeline Dyer is Director, Brand Strategy and Operations at Visa. In this role, she leads brand visibility for North America, driving several cross-functional initiatives focused on client and partner marketing, designing innovative payment experiences, and engaging younger consumers. Additionally, she leads purpose-driven marketing efforts within the region.

Madeline has been with Visa for over five years, most recently supporting Visa’s President and now CEO, Ryan McInerney, on several strategic initiatives and ongoing business operations. She was recruited by Visa in 2018 to lead their government engagement efforts in San Francisco and spearhead payments issues throughout the United States.

Passionate about employee engagement, well-being, and belonging, Madeline has been a key member of the Visa Women’s Network leadership team for over four years. Additionally, she planned and executed Visa’s first-ever Dee Hock Day, bringing together executives, employees, and alumni this past Spring to celebrate the legacy and learnings of Visa’s Founder. Outside of work, she enjoys getting involved with her community to make an impact. In 2019, she was nominated the Bay Area Woman of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in recognition of the funds she raised to fight blood cancer.

Madeline’s career began in Sacramento, California, where she consulted corporations and non-profit entities on legislation as well as brand-building opportunities with government. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley and is certified in digital marketing by Columbia University. She now resides with her husband in New York City.
