Marni Levine is the Head of TikTok Shop US Operations for SMB, helping small businesses achieve success on TikTok Shop. In her role, she oversees TikTok Shop's growth and operations in the SMB segment in the US, from overall strategy to merchant onboarding, education, and customer support.

Marni has over 25 years of experience in ecommerce, business development, and strategy, and previously served as Vice President of Global Support Operations at Meta. She also worked in senior ecommerce and operations roles at major brands and technology providers including eBay, Gap, Macy's, and more.
