Monica Cepak is Chief Marketing Officer at rapidly-growing sexual and reproductive telehealth service Wisp. With a passion for Wisp’s mission to democratize access to healthcare and over 15 years of experience driving digital innovation, she oversees all aspects of the company’s marketing, brand and communications, implementing effective strategies to drive growth and build loyalty. Monica brings experience in femtech and women’s health to her role and previously served as VP of Marketing at Allara Health and VP of Growth SimpleHealth, where she doubled the business year over year. Gravitating towards mission-driven brands, she’s also led cross-functional teams for some of the world's most iconic challenger brands, including Samsung, LinkedIn and Artsy, and was one of the early hires at Lyft, where she built out the New York area marketing team from scratch to scale the region into a top market nationally. She began her career in PR and brand consulting at Edelman, with stints abroad in Barcelona, Seoul and Mexico City. Monica holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School specialized in global marketing management and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
