An Academy Award-nominated screenwriter, Taylor Sheridan is the creator, writer, director, and executive producer of Paramount Network's Emmy® nominated series Yellowstone and Paramount+'s 1883 and Mayor of Kingstown, all of which premiered their respective seasons with record breaking numbers. Sheridan has an overall production and development deal under the ViacomCBS umbrella with a number of series including the forthcoming Lioness, Tulsa King (WT), 1932, and Land Man, as well as the film Finestkind, all produced by Sheridan’s Bosque Ranch Productions, 101 Studios and MTVE Entertainment Studios. Other writing credits include critically acclaimed films Hell Or High Water and Sicario (which led to a second feature, Sicario: Day of the Soldado). In 2017 Taylor wrote and directed Wind River for which he earned Best Director (Prix de la mise en scène) honors at the 70th Cannes Film Festival. Recently, Taylor wrote and directed Those Who Wish Me Dead starring Angelina Jolie. Adapted from the novel of the same name by Michael Kortya, the rugged thriller is described as a hard-boiled chase set against a wildfire in the Montana wilderness.
