Emmy®-winning producer, showrunner, and development executive Bridgette Theriault serves as Senior Vice President, Programming & Development, at Warner Horizon, a division of Warner Bros. Unscripted Television. Theriault co-leads Warner Horizon alongside Dan Sacks, overseeing Emmy®-winning series “The Voice” (NBC) and perennial hits “The Bachelor,” “The Bachelorette,” and “Bachelor in Paradise,” as well as new series “The Golden Bachelor” (ABC) and “Lotería Loca” (CBS). Warner Horizon also produced the acclaimed documentary specials “100 Years of Warner Bros.,” from Oscar®-nominated director Leslie Iwerks.

Prior to co-leading Warner Horizon, Theriault served as Senior Vice President, Development, in the Telepictures division, developing brands and talent, as well as creating and selling original formats for broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms. Most recently, she developed and launched “The Jennifer Hudson Show” with Emmy®, Grammy®, Oscar® and Tony® winner Jennifer Hudson at the helm. She also helped shepherd both “Paris in Love” (Peacock) and “Mathis Family Matters” (E!) alongside Shed Media. Other series include Daytime Emmy® winner “The Real,” “Love Connection” (FOX), “Ellen’s Game of Games” (NBC), “Ellen’s Next Great Designer” (Max), “Elizabeth Smart: Finding Justice” (Lifetime), “RuPaul” (FOX Television Stations), Nicole Richie’s “#Candidlynicole” (AOL/VH1), and “Just Keke” (BET).

Before segueing into development, Theriault joined Telepictures as a Producer for the Emmy®-winning “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” Later, she launched “Bethenny,” followed by executive producing the award-winning digital series “DC All Access.”

Theriault first made her mark in daytime at “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” Through eight seasons, she helped produce and create some of pop culture’s most iconic TV moments, including “Oprah’s Biggest Giveaway Ever,” the Tom Cruise interview, “Oprah’s Farewell Spectacular,” and ABC’s primetime special “Oprah’s Big Give.” During her tenure at “Oprah,” Theriault also helped develop both “The “Dr. Oz Show” and “The Nate Berkus Show.”

Theriault is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. In her spare time, she enjoys working with The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Mentorship Program to help guide and inspire young women in the creative industry. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
