Five-time Emmy®-nominated producer Dan Sacks serves as Senior Vice President, Programming & Development, at Warner Horizon, a division of Warner Bros. Unscripted Television. Sacks co-leads Warner Horizon alongside Bridgette Theriault, overseeing Emmy®-winning series “The Voice” (NBC) and perennial hits “The Bachelor,” “The Bachelorette,” and “Bachelor in Paradise,” as well as new series “The Golden Bachelor” (ABC) and “Lotería Loca” (CBS).

Since joining Warner Horizon in 2014, Sacks has been instrumental in developing and shepherding a wide variety of new unscripted series, specials, and formats for broadcast, cable, and streaming. Most recently, he has helped expand the studio’s growing documentary slate, developing and producing projects such as the Emmy®-nominated “Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts” (Max) and Ava DuVernay’s “One Perfect Shot” (Max), as well as Oscar®-nominated director Leslie Iwerks’ “100 Years of Warner Bros.” (Max) and “Superpowered: The DC Story” (Max).

Additionally, he has produced and overseen the development of new formats, including the Emmy®-winning “Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses” (TBS/Cartoon Network), hosted by Dame Helen Mirren; “Finding Magic Mike” (Max), with Adam Rodriguez; “Ellen’s Game of Games” (NBC), hosted by Ellen DeGeneres; “Family Game Fight” (NBC), featuring Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard; “Little Big Shots” (NBC) hosted by Steve Harvey and, later, Melissa McCarthy; “The Wheel” (NBC), hosted by Michael McIntyre; “Mental Samurai” (FOX), featuring Rob Lowe; “Love Connection” (FOX), with Andy Cohen; “Repeat After Me” (ABC), starring Wendi McLendon-Covey; and “The World’s Best” (CBS), hosted by James Corden, which he also executive produced.

After launching his producing career in unscripted television while working on the mega-hit singing competition series “American Idol” (FOX), Sacks went on to produce nine seasons of the summertime staple “So You Think You Can Dance” (FOX), as well as “Randy Jackson Presents America’s Best Dance Crew” (MTV), “MasterChef” and “MasterChef Junior” (FOX), “Speeders” (truTV) and “Q’Viva: The Chosen” (FOX).
