Ione Sterental has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and communications field since 2015. In 2022 she joined Tractor Beverage Company, the only certified organic, non-GMO total beverage solution in foodservice. As Director of Brand and Integrated Marketing, she is responsible for driving initiatives, media and creative that grow brand awareness and affinity for Tractor, while ultimately supporting the company’s pouring partners. Tractor Beverage Company has earned recognition on the prestigious Inc. 5000 lists for both 2022 and 2023, highlighting its status as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Additionally, the company earned a spot on Fast Company’s 2021 list of the world’s Most Innovative Companies.
Before joining Tractor Beverage Company, Ioné was a brand strategist at Anomaly NYC, a full-service creative agency, working across a portfolio of Fortune 500 brands across the CPG, Food & Beverage, and Travel categories. She consulted for startups and freelanced with agencies providing brand strategy, design strategy, and communications strategy services, with partners including Jones Knowles Ritchie, AQKA, Another, and Conscious Minds Studios. Ione is originally from Caracas, Venezuela and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
